I refer to the above and please find enclosed a copy of the Offer we have now received for your property for your information. (However, please note that the agreement between you and the purchaser is not yet legally binding. The "missives" or contract will not become binding until such time as letters are exchanged between WJM and the solicitor acting on behalf of the purchaser and at this stage either party could still withdraw for any reason). In this respect, please note that the Offer refers to “the Scottish Standard Clauses”. I attach a “Client Guide” to the Standard Clauses, (which contains the Standard Clauses in section 3) and would advise you to read the terms of the Standard Clauses in conjunction with the terms of the Offer....
